Was holding my breath but Phil arrived on time. Explained everything in layman terms. Patient, courteous. Polite, honest and didn't even make 1 attempt to upsell!!! I explained I'm looking to replace in November and won't even get 3 estimates. Highly recommend, my dogs agree. They didn't have to be put inside. My issue was a fix that previous a.c. company didn't strap apart and that company said in order to get my unit running was to disconnect my heat or pay 9 or 10 grand for a new unit. I went 3 years with space heaters turns out Phil showed me I did in fact have heat!! Other bill 1900.00. Today's bill service call only. Again I will not be getting 3 estimates in November. There are honest people left in this world!!! Thank you, Phil!!

So the majority of the reviews I've read on here are for AC service, but let's not forget that Joe Cool also does great things when you cannot flush your toilet and you garage floods from the backed up washer and dryer. Yes, that happened to me, and after looking up Joe Cool and seeing these reviews, I make the call.

First off, Devon was amazing for being empathetic and getting someone out right away. She even called later when they were running slightly behind and that the tech was on the way. They already for someone out to me in under an hour on the same day, so this was just amazing customer service.

Next, our plumber was Alan, another great experience. First off, he listened to what I had to say, taking what I figured out into account. Asked some questions and then started right at the work. His with was fast, efficient, and in the end, great as he fixed the problem. I'm very thankful for that.

They are a slight bit on the pricey side, but the level of customer service, it was worth it. They didn't try to upcharge or anything. I'm completely happy with the service overall.
